Apr.17-19, China International Dairy Industry Conference 2019 was held in DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Beijing, about 200 people from attended the event, they are from 15 countries such as China, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, Spain, Ireland and more. U.S. Ambassador to China Terry Branstad (shown below) and USDA Minister Counselor Bobby Richey participated event, helping to emphasize the good match between high-quality U.S. Dairy and China's rising demand.
Each year, it is sculpted and displayed inside a refrigerated glass cooler during the Iowa State Fair. While China may not be creating butter cows, Chinese consumption of dairy products and use of dairy ingredients is on the rise. U.S. dairy farmers and processors produce high quality dairy products that are safe, nutritious, and affordable.
