Fasmos mobile brand HTC unveiled its new Exodus 1 which is blockchain-focused mobile, the Taiwanese phone maker said the feature of Exodus 1 includes own cryptocurrency wallet called Zion, this could let it to function as a hardware cryptocurrency wallet.
This wallet feature is based on a secluded area on the phone's chip, which kept separate from the Android it runs on, that technology is been made by SoftBank’s Arm Holdings to keep the cryptocurrency asset safer.

"Think of it as a micro OS that runs in parallel with Android," Phil Chen, HTC's decentralized chief officer, told CNBC over the phone. "It basically is a wallet, but the wallet, what it does is hold your private keys." The Private keys are lines of code which are the proof who is the owner of the wallet. It meant only the owner of a cryptocurrency wallet to allow them access and transferred their funds.
"Selling it in crypto only and being the first to do so means we are bringing this directly to the core audience and those who will want this device — the blockchain community," he said. Chen expressed that HTC is inviting third party cryptographers and developers to give their feedbacks.
