The early year education is developing in China, especially more and more parents prefer to give kids a better future through high quality education. MOPA worked for several institutes who does early year education in Shanghai, begin with connect the pure offline institutes and online education app, those companies include Cheers Monday (a Kindergarden), Youdao math (belongs to Netease) and VIPthink (Math and logical thinking).

When company A had negotiation with the vendor, both had different ideas regard with the warranty period issue, the vendor prefer a  period as they usually offered but it will be too short for our client's need and less actual value in the deal. After our partner lawyer insisted and explained, the vendor agreed to revise the terms, which will extend the warranty period to a satisfied result.

The business between company B and vendor need to have a Letter of Guarantee (L/G) from the vendor, when received  L/G, our partner lawyer found out that the  "dispute resolution" (settlement of disputes) was with obviously much more advantage  to the vendor, it will be an unfairness part when both parties has disputes. With our legal services, we worked with company B to negotiate and finally got a fair dispute resolution in the L/G.

Winners of the SPBA China 2019 joined in on the celebrations at the 18th Singapore Prestige Brand Award (SPBA) Award Presentation Ceremony. During the ceremony, Winners were also conferred award trophies for their achievements. Held at The Ritz-Carlton, the event was graced by Guest-of-Honour, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Ng Chee Meng.

Shanghai - Minsk Business Forum 2019 opened Nov.08 in Golden Tulip Shanghai Rainbow Hotel. Both sides signed important agreements and projects. Minsk is the capital city of Belarus, the country located in center of Europe. The sectors of merchants and enterprises from Belarus includes agriculture, food, bakery, tourism, cosmetic, oil industry, professional equipments, IT, automobile, etc. Those attendees are Free Economic Zone "Minsk", Minotel (hotel management), MZBN (birch tree soft drink company), Slodych (Confectionery Factory), Dzerzhinsk (broiler poultry plant), Minsk Tourist information center, Turov (Dairy Industrial Company), Minsk No.1 dairy plant,  Centrekurort (official tourism company), Minskhlebprom (largest bakery industry enterprise), Minsk No.2 Khladokombinat (frozen food, ice cream), Soros (Coffee Brand),  Ministry of Sport and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus, BelOMO Holding (used to be Belarusian Optical and Mechanical Association ), Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education and etc.
