The business between company B and vendor need to have a Letter of Guarantee (L/G) from the vendor, when received L/G, our partner lawyer found out that the "dispute resolution" (settlement of disputes) was with obviously much more advantage to the vendor, it will be an unfairness part when both parties has disputes. With our legal services, we worked with company B to negotiate and finally got a fair dispute resolution in the L/G.
When company A had negotiation with the vendor, both had different ideas regard with the warranty period issue, the vendor prefer a period as they usually offered but it will be too short for our client's need and less actual value in the deal. After our partner lawyer insisted and explained, the vendor agreed to revise the terms, which will extend the warranty period to a satisfied result.
